When we are in sales we try to do all we can to be as professional as possible in the way we look, the way we act and in the way we talk. Sometimes it just can't be helped; you said something you shouldn't have and so the best you can do is to try and not to make the same mistake next time. But with some things you can plan ahead on the best way to phrase something. In fact, it is not only possible to do so, it is a good idea! Sprucing up your speech will make your words sound more appealing and often easier for your customer to understand.
